Return & Refund Policy – ClassiqcoIndia

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is raised within 2 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Size or colour preference issues

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Clearance/sale items (if mentioned)

2. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving the product

  • Share order ID, issue details, and clear photos/videos of the product

3. Return Pickup

  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available

  • If reverse pickup is not serviceable, you may be asked to self-ship the product

  • Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed

  • Refunds are issued only after quality check approval

5. Refund Mode & Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

⏱️ Refund Timeline:

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after product inspection

  • Bank credit may take an additional 2–5 business days

6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The product shows signs of use

  • Original packaging or tags are missing

  • Damage is not due to a manufacturing or shipping fault

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

  • Refused COD orders may be restricted from future purchases

8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Innerwear/accessories (if applicable)

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

9. Company Rights
ClassiqcoIndia reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject return/refund requests

  • Update this policy at any time without prior notice
